Who Can Use EzBiz?
To access EzBiz, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:
– Must be a Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident
– Must be 18 years old and above
– All business owners and partners must register and verify their EzBiz user account before proceeding (refer to the Guideline for Registering an EzBiz User Account)

Business owners can request for the certificate and business information (if purchased) within 90 days from the date of approval. After this period, business owners can purchase the documents from service providers such as:
